Roel (1954) studied Social Science, and went on to a post-graduate SIOO course (change management). He previously worked in the private sector and for the government. He has experience as a consultant, manager and executive. In 1989 he started his own company. Roel can be characterised by his insight and deep-seated intuition, combined with strong analytical skills and commitment to his clients. Roel is a karate black-belt and has completed a yoga teacher training course. He is a yachting enthusiast, and makes a long marine sailing trip each year.
